Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "s6game," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the s6game platform at s6game.org, a gaming company operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the s6game website located at s6game.org, including all sub-pages, services, features, games, software, and any related mobile or web-based interface made available by s6game.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player on the s6game Platform.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in the Player's s6game wallet that are available for real-money wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player by s6game that are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be directly withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for conversion to a withdrawable balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole fiat currency in which transactions on s6game are denominated for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process by which s6game confirms a Player's identity using a valid Pakistani government-issued identification document.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account at the Player's request that prevents access to the Platform for a defined period.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on s6game, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the s6game Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account, access the Platform, or use any s6game service. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on s6game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your Account is active:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. s6game operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.
3. You must hold a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document and be able to provide it upon request as part of the KYC process.
4. You must be the sole, beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your s6game Account.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by s6game or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period on s6game or any related platform operated under the same gaming license.
7. Your participation on the Platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of s6game is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on s6game. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your registration information promptly if it changes. s6game bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s6game account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported unauthorised access to s6game immediately upon becoming aware of it.

s6game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal, and as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Documents typically requested include a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. s6game may place temporary holds on Account withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction.

Players may request closure of their s6game Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed after any pending KYC review and after all eligible withdrawals have been processed. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to s6game accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 blockchain network. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to the options displayed in your s6game account at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount at s6game is PKR 500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. s6game reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with notice published on the Platform.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers typically credit within 5 to 10 minutes of the transaction being initiated. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations. s6game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your s6game Account are your own funds, derived from lawful activity, and that you are the sole beneficial owner of the payment method used. s6game does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to another person will be rejected and refunded where possible.

s6game does not pay interest on any player account balances, regardless of the duration the funds are held. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from s6game's operational funds, but no interest accrues to the player's benefit.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Bonus Balance amounts that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 90 seconds of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Very large withdrawals may be subject to a manual review process, which s6game aims to complete within 2 hours. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and applicable network fees.

s6game requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This requirement supports anti-money laundering compliance. Where the original payment method is no longer available, s6game may request additional documentation before approving withdrawal to an alternative method.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your s6game account. s6game reserves the right to implement enhanced due diligence for large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may require additional documentation and processing time.

s6game reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if: the Account KYC has not been completed; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; the Account is under investigation; the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Balance funds that have not met Wagering Requirements; or the withdrawal would breach any anti-money laundering obligation applicable to s6game under its gaming license.

Bonuses & Promotions

s6game offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by s6game are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms and conditions at the time the promotion is made available.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus using duplicate accounts, VPNs, shared devices, or any other method designed to circumvent eligibility restrictions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bonus offers have an expiry date or a period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry of a bonus result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

s6game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice posted on the Platform where reasonably practicable. Once a player has already opted into a promotion and begun satisfying wagering requirements, any modification to that promotion will not apply retrospectively to that player's existing progress.

Gaming Rules

All games available on s6game — including sports betting markets, live casino table games, slot games, Monster Dice, Rummy, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

In sports betting, s6game's published betting rules govern the settlement of all markets. Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets, the UFC for mixed martial arts markets). s6game reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where integrity concerns exist regarding a sporting event or market.

For RNG-based games (slots, video poker, digital table games, Monster Dice), all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software that is independently audited for statistical fairness. s6game does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot predict or influence the results of any individual game round.

For live dealer casino games, outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — managed by professional dealers in studio environments. s6game is not responsible for technical interruptions to live dealer streams that are caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party streaming infrastructure failures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6game Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one s6game Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms, including using VPNs, multiple accounts, shared devices, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in meeting wagering requirements.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds to an s6game Account.
• Money laundering: Using s6game for any activity that constitutes or assists money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparent gambling winnings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to play any game on s6game without s6game's express written consent.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting any software error, glitch, miscalculation, or pricing error to gain an advantage on s6game. Any winnings resulting from a known or apparent error are void and not payable.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for gaming at s6game. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

Responsible Gaming

s6game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively supports responsible gambling practices. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — it must never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering losses.

s6game provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets on s6game.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from s6game. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the s6game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, game artwork, database compilations, and the overall Platform design — is the property of s6game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; modifying or creating derivative works based on Platform content; reverse engineering any game software; or using any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of s6game.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to s6game by players regarding the Platform or its services may be used by s6game without compensation or attribution to the submitting player.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s6game's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their s6game Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s6game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to: any loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures or connectivity issues; any decision made by a player on the basis of information displayed on the Platform; interrupted or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors; or any delay in processing withdrawals caused by factors beyond s6game's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Section limits s6game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

s6game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if s6game has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other players or to the Platform; the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; or continued operation of the Account would breach s6game's obligations under its gaming license or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Where an Account is terminated for a confirmed breach by the player, s6game reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraudulent activity, to forfeit the balance. Where an Account is closed by s6game without a player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Privacy

s6game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on s6game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s6game does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with: third-party payment processors for transaction processing; KYC verification service providers; gaming regulators or law enforcement authorities where required by the gaming license or applicable law; and fraud detection and prevention service providers. All third-party data processors used by s6game are contractually bound to handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Amendments to These Terms

s6game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, s6game will provide reasonable notice of the change by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

The updated Terms will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a player and s6game arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting s6game customer support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. s6game will aim to acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 20 business days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to s6game's licensing regulatory body in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified under the applicable gaming license.
3. No Waiver: Participation in the dispute resolution process does not constitute a waiver of any legal rights that either party may have.

Players may not bring class action, collective, or representative claims against s6game. All disputes must be brought individually.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under s6game's international gaming license jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. s6game makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those expressly covered by its gaming license.
